Quiet, careful nutrition — for women who've been told to "just lose weight."

I've spent twelve years sitting across the table from women whose questions were dismissed by everyone else. PCOS that didn't move with metformin. Cycles that vanished after the third diet. Postpartum bodies that no longer felt like home.

The work here is slow, kind, and rigorous in equal measure. We start with your hormones, your gut, and what your grandmother actually used to cook — and build a plan from there.

Is this a weight‑loss programme?
No. Weight change is sometimes a side‑effect of healing — never the goal. The work here is on hormones, gut, energy, and cycles. Most women find their body settles into a weight that feels right, but we don't track the scale.
Will I have to give up rice, roti, or ghee?
Almost certainly not. The plans are built around the way South Indian and North Indian kitchens actually run. We work with portion structure, combinations, and timing — not removal of staples your grandmother cooked.
Do you do online consultations for outside Bengaluru?
Yes — roughly two‑thirds of clients are now online, including women based in Singapore, Dubai, and the US. Materials are shared through a secure portal and sessions happen on a video link.
Do you prescribe supplements?
Only when warranted, and only generic, well‑studied molecules — inositol, magnesium, vitamin D, B‑complex — that you can buy at any pharmacy. The practice does not partner with supplement brands.
What if I'm not sure which programme to choose?
Start with The Beginning. After the first consultation we'll have a much clearer sense of what you need, and the fee can be adjusted toward The Reset or The Continuum within 14 days.
