Within 5 days you'll have a printed plan: a daily rhythm, a 14‑day rotation of meals that suit your kitchen, gentle movement, and supplements only when warranted.
Walk with you
Monthly reviews, a WhatsApp line for the wobbles in between, and slow adjustments as your body settles. The aim isn't perfection — it's a sustainable, kind way of eating.
